Thanks to those that got in touch about my introductory sketch design offer.
Just to give you an idea of what the offer entails, I have posted here one of the first sketch designs which I hope to take forward to full design services.
Here, my client, has asked me to take a neighbours estate agent plans, an old planning app and a bunch of site photos to provide him with; some family room, kitchen/diner extension ideas that retain the wonderful view to the rear.
For a total fee of £500 I will provide you with
a telephone briefing, discussing your requirements budget design likes and ideas.
