This post war three bedroom house afforded space in the garden and the roof for conversion into a three and a four bedroom house development. Not without its challenges including restrictive covenants, local authority housing estate permission as well as the usual planning and funding hurdles. Both houses still have great front and rear gardens and lovely flexible internal spaces as well as ensuites bathroom to the master bedrooms
