I wondered how easy it would be to find a weekly property, it turns out, its remarkably easy. Though predominantly in South London it would seem.
This one is another that astounds me it hasn't been snapped up, perfectly suited for a buy to let scenario and offers the opportunity to double the floorspace on the plot. You could end up with three or four dwellings on this plot. In #Croydon as well, always a bonus to be in the hands of a pro-housing, progressive planning department.
